At JB Plastics, much of our success comes from our expertise in injection molding.  We operate on a 24 hour schedule, running our machines across three shifts.  Each shift includes a material handler and a foreman.

At JB Plastics we have installed our own Tool Shop.  By owning an in-house tool shop we are able to build the molds in our warehouse and see them all the way through production.

JB Plastics has recently upgraded its product development software to AutoCAD 2010 to optimize our offering to our customers.  By adding CAD 2010 we are able to view, adjust, modify and plot all of the concepts of a particular part before we ever cut the steel.
