Quality

We strive to provide the best quality control by checking the product numerous times during the production process. All raw materials are checked for deficiencies when delivered to JB Plastics. Any materials not deemed to be the highest quality are rejected. Once the raw material is checked, it is entered into inventory. During the production process we continually inspect the products being created looking for any issues or quality concerns. By quality checking the products during creation we can prevent entire shifts and runs of rejected product, saving you time and money. Once the product is completed, it is reviewed by two quality assurance officers who stamp the product before it is moved into the distribution cycle. All products are checked a final time before packaging/shipping to assure the customer receives a product they can have confidence in.
