We are very pleased to announce that on April 30, 2021, Pelsis Group acquired JB Plastics, Inc. Given the growth opportunities and the synergies of working together, we have decided now is the right time to fully align our businesses. As such, it gives us great pleasure to welcome JB Plastics, Inc. into the Pelsis Group of companies.
Azael Silva will continue in his role as Plant Manager. David Smith will continue in his role of Chief Operating Officer and will report to Todd Pawlowski, General Manager for the Americas for Pelsis, who also has responsibility for B&G Equipment and Curtis Dyna-Fog. Bruce and Julie Donoho will serve as strategic consultants for a period of time to help integrate the companies into Pelsis and provide a continued focus on excellent customer service, best-in-class production, and innovation.
